Compensation management is a function of management activities, it is an important component in human resource management while it have be underestimated role when pay management promote strategy goal's realization. Maximizing the incentive function in pay system of enterprise to achieve maximum performance of pay is compensation system's greatest hope in various business management system. Establish a scientific,reasonable,enforceable salary is the company to maintain one of the key factors of sustainable development. The salary system meet the fairness,competitive,incentive compensation management what is emphasis in modern enterprises.With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, in the medical industry, private hospitals' birth is the inevitable outcome of reform and opening up, it has broken the public hospitals in the medical industry monopoly. This also make the health care industry, more and more intense competition. This paper is a private hospital for the research background, from a strategic point of view to study the pay system of private hospitals. Through in-depth surveys and studies of the original salary system of Z private hospital, the original pay system were diagnosed and found that pay system did not only have incentive effect for employees, but also can not attract and retain competent personnel that have seriously hindered the development of business strategy of Z private hospital.For the above, first, by applying the principles of compensation design, effective solution to Z private hospital compensation system's fairness, competitiveness and incentive; then Z private hospital base choice of the pay level of strategy for the key employee of different level and positions to choice of salary levels; combine the choice of mode of pay and effectively use mode-oriented, skills-oriented and performance-oriented pay model. Finally, integrating the Z private hospital's strategic direction, Z private hospital redesigned compensation system for Z private hospital' core staff. By implementation of compensation design of Z private hospital nearly three month, it proved that the new pay system has not only motivated the staff, but also it has promoted the development of the hospital's business strategy. The fact has show that the pay system of this design is effective and feasible.
