In recent years,copper foil manufacturers have been driven by the development of new energy vehicles dramatically.In the meantime,there is a strong desire for technology and talents.In order to win a sustainable,institutionalized competitive advantage,more and more copper foil manufacturers want to attract,recruit and retain talents through compensation.However,the imperfection of the compensation system has led to problems such as the loss of core talents and the difficulty in controlling labor costs due to the dissatisfaction of employees with compensation.Therefore,how to get rid of this dilemma by designing a scientific and effective compensation system is a management task that copper foil manufacturers urgently need to accomplish.This paper adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.Firstly,it analyzes the current salary system of JY Company thoroughly and finds out the shortcomings in its current salary system.Secondly,it analyzes the development strategy and human resource strategy of JY Company to make JY's salary system and uses the different level of salary to investigate,locate and determine the payment level of the company's salary.Thirdly,this paper focus on setting a salary model that matched with job characteristics for JY Company's middle and senior management,technical personnel,sales personnel and first-line production personnel,so as to achieve targeted incentives.Lastly,the safeguard measures for the implementation of strategic compensation system are proposed,thereby ensuring successful operation of this system in JY company.In addition,the implementation effect of the strategic compensation system in JY company can be evaluated.This paper builds a strategic compensation system for JY Company,aiming to match its compensation system with the company's development strategy,so as to better control labor costs,to guide employees' work attitudes and behaviors more effectively and to maintain harmonious labor relations,helping the company to win competitive advantages.
