With the fast development of science & technology and the continuous improvement of economic level, online sales also develop quickly。Therefore, it is fairly necessary to do research on dual channels of enterprises under e-commerce in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises。J Company is characteristic of apparel industry。Its main products are jeans and it also produces other matching apparels at the same time. Its products are labeled with the brand of U.S. Fifth Street。J Company also starts to do on-line sales, but it encounters the problem of dual channels during the implementation。I find that the competition between online sales and traditional sales becomes fiercer and fiercer。It is of great necessity to manage and keep the balance of the two sales modes。Research result is for the reference of middlemen and companies in the same line。By the research, I also want to improve my professional standards in both theory and practice。This article starts from traditional pricing & internet pricing and interprets companies'pricing model under dual channels Because of the dual channels, companies are required to consider the channel conflicts when pricing。For the long-term maximum profit of producers,it is suitable to adopt the pricing model of universal retail price which participates in profit sharing。And by combining the actual facts of surveyed company, in the article I make further discussion on this principle and give some advice on the J Company's implementation of such pricing model. furhermore,I propose some solutions as well。...
