Chongqing City Construction Projects And Safety Assessment Methods And Applied Research

There were 24 cases of production safety accident in various types of housing construction and municipal infrastructure projects in Chongqing in 2008, and these accidents lead to 28 deaths. Compared to 2007, the numbers of accidents are the same and the number of deaths was decreased by 2 people. Accident data is still not optimistic.Frequency of the incident reflects that Chinese production safety supervision in construction projects still has many problems: such as regulatory idea is out of date, the efficiency is not high; supervision is not enough, the means is single, etc.Therefore, this paper discussed the current regulatory status of construction projects at home and abroad from the perspective of government regulators, we proposed construction safety evaluation system, analyzed and evaluated project to reflect production safety better and take timely corrective measures. It has laid the foundation for implementation of governmental supervision with high efficiency.First we described the knowledge of government regulation which let us have a general understanding of government supervision. Then we summarize the project quality supervision and management at home and abroad which let us have a relatively clear understanding in the quality supervision and management. Finally we evaluated the safety of the actual project by AHP and comprehensive evaluation method.This paper can provide a reference or guidance to security evaluation or research for the related enterprise or the similar security sector.
