W Hospital Equipment Management Organization Of The Project And Team-building Applications

Based on the background of equipment management and the chance of implementing project management in establishment of W, this paper studies organization construction and group construction of W's equipment management in order to actualize scientific equipment management and solve main problems in current equipment management process taking the advantage of theories of organization construction and group construction in project management synthetically. And then, this paper put forward organization construction and group construction models with high efficiency suitable for equipment management of the establishment.In organization construction, by systematic analysis and investigation to W's equipment management and its practical situation, this paper arrives at the determination principle of equipment management organization form. Then, with the analysis of current operational mechanism in W's equipment management organization and the comparison of advantages and disadvantages as well as the determination principle of organization form, this paper brings out organization construction models covering equipment modification and recovery projects.In group construction, combining W's practical situation, this paper lists characteristics and definitions of equipment management group in W and enumerates recruiting modes of group members and selecting modes of equipment management group, then forms group construction models of equipment management.Finally, this paper analyzes an incident recovery project of actual equipments in W. In accordance with features of project startup, planning, executing, monitor and control, and conclusion phases, this paper applies group construction, group communication, plan formulation group member recruiting and group construction of project organization one by one to prove that equipment management organization and group construction models presented in this paper can significantly improve the efficiency of management.The results of this research provide models for establishing a high-efficiency management group. It is an effectively exploration for aviation enterprises'equipment management and can be used for reference for the same enterprises as W to improve their efficiencies of management. It is also a test for theories of organization construction and group construction.
