A Study On The Management And Organization Of Agent Construction Project

As a new type of management mode of government investment project, agent construction system is an effective reform. Its implementation can be a good solution to the drawbacks resulting from the unseparated rights of investment, construction and using in the traditional mode of government investment project. The construction agency occupies the core position during the implementation process of the agent construction project. It has become the top priority of the agent construction system to improve its management level, enhance its economic performance and speed up the internationalization process of China's project management from the perspective of management and organization of agent construction project.After the systematic review of the current situation of researches on domestic and foreign project organization and management, the present thesis elaborates the theoretical foundation of management and organization of agent construction project. Starting with the problems emerging from the practice of management and organization of agent construction project, the article analyzes the distinctive features of the organization of agent construction project. Then the thesis lists the specific measures of how to improve the efficiency of management and organization of agent construction project after analyzing the campaign for construction agency, the comparison of strengths and weaknesses of different agent construction contracts, and division of duties, labors, functions and authorities in the organization of three typical modes of agent construction project. The thesis continues to analyze the characteristics of the management and organization of agent construction project and points out that the management and organization of agent construction project is also an important part of management and organization. The degree of order of the organization of agent construction project is evaluated by the construction of an Entropy model. Meanwhile, team building of the organization of agent construction project is stressed to be paid attention so that the goal of the agent construction project can be accomplished. Finally, the management and organization process of agent construction project is explored by the case study of Henan Provincial Party School's agent construction project.All these studies, to some extent, have enriched the management and organization system of agent construction and are of certain reference to aspects such as the implementation of agent construction project and improvement of management and organization efficiency.
