With the market economy deep development,urban construction, and change in consumer demand, some original apparel wholesale business projects have been unable to meet changes in market demand. Commercial projects of apparel wholesale market in many cities began to be upgraded.The increasing market is being concern. At the same time some new or renovation project have a series of problems such as functional structure is unreasonable and operational capacity is poor. The existence of these problems directly related to the lack of scientific, systematic project positioning. In the process of commercial projects orientation in apparel wholesale market involve more stakeholders, thus increase difficulty and uncertainty of the project. How effective, rational integration of interests among stakeholders is the key to the success operation of apparel wholesale business projects.In this paper, author use related theory and results from domestic and oversea commercial project orientation research .From the perspective of the value chain to analyze commercial projects orientation in apparel wholesale market. Stakeholders in apparel wholesale business value chain are including: government, developers, investors, operators and consumers.
