In modern enterprise management system,procurement management is directly related to the normal operation of enterprises.Through the establishment of a scientific and reasonable procurement management system,the production and operation costs of enterprises can be reduced,the quality of products and services can be fundamentally guaranteed,and the delivery can be guaranteed on time,so as to bring higher customer satisfaction and greater profit space to enterprises.In manufacturing enterprises,the procurement cost accounts for about 40% ~ 70% of the production cost.Reducing the procurement cost can directly improve the profit,and the leverage of procurement on the profit of enterprises is increasingly prominent.According to statistics,for every 1% reduction in procurement costs,manufacturing enterprises will increase their profits by 5%-10%.Enterprise,therefore,how to carry out procurement activities,according to their own characteristics make effective strategy,for an enterprise to reduce procurement costs,increase profits,improve customer satisfaction,expand market share is crucial,and the enterprise can get a place in the fierce market competition,can the smooth realization of corporate strategic key to sustainable development goals.The research object of this paper--D instrument company's main production mode is multi-variety and small-batch order production,so the company's procurement also needs to adapt to multi-variety and small-batch production mode.However,D company has many problems,such as delayed delivery,high technical requirements,short delivery time,low price and so on.Therefore,through the comprehensive application of management theory,this paper analyzes the current situation of D company's procurement management,and carries out optimization research on D company's procurement management.Firstly,the procurement management problems in the multi-variety and small-batch production mode of D company are analyzed,and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Secondly,according to the analysis results,the production materials of the company are re-classified,and appropriate procurement optimization strategies are proposedaccording to the characteristics of various materials.Finally,the specific procurement optimization measures are proposed,that is,internally,through the optimization and standardization of the company's procurement process to prepare a suitable organizational structure,and the development of procurement performance appraisal system;Externally,by establishing the supplier management system,the company builds a systematic procurement management system,and finally achieves the goal of optimizing the D company's procurement management.In this paper,the optimization of the procurement management of D company is studied,which not only reduces the procurement cost of D company,but also guarantees the procurement time and quality and improves the customer satisfaction.In addition,the company will gradually build a scientific and perfect procurement management system in line with the current market demand through optimization to support the realization of the company's strategic objectives.The research results of this paper have certain reference significance for the same type of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to carry out procurement management optimization research.
