| As a large agricultural country,China has a huge demand for agricultural machinery,so the requirements for the production capacity of agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises are high.Procurement management is an important link to ensure the production capacity and efficiency of agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises,and its management level is inseparable from the interests of enterprises.At present,the research on purchasing management of manufacturing enterprises,universities and governments is relatively perfect,but the research on purchasing management of agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises is relatively few.On the one hand,the demand for agricultural machinery products is obviously seasonal,and in order to adapt to the needs of different regions,environments and operations,its products are more diverse;On the other hand,the production process of agricultural machinery products is complex,and the materials required are varied and large in quantity,and most of them are purchased parts.Therefore,the existing procurement management research cannot be completely copied.At the same time,most agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises pay little attention to procurement management,and the problems of long procurement cycle and high procurement cost generally exist.Taking D Agricultural Machinery Company as the research object,this paper conducts improvement and optimization research on the problems existing in its procurement management.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)The problems of procurement management in D Agricultural Machinery Company were analysed.Through an internship,the current situation of the procurement process and procurement management of D Agricultural Machinery Company was investigated;on this basis,through the analysis of procurement data and interviews,it was concluded that the procurement management of D Agricultural Machinery Company had problems such as lengthy procurement process,unclear division of authority and responsibility in the procurement department,rough inventory management and lack of supplier performance assessment.(2)Research is conducted to improve D Agricultural Machinery Company’s lengthy procurement process and unclear division of procurement responsibilities.Firstly,the procurement process is optimized by using PERT network plan management and ECRS principles,which simplifies the procurement process and shortens the procurement cycle significantly.Secondly,a job description has been developed to clarify the job responsibilities of the purchasing department.Some optimization suggestions are put forward for the coordination between purchasing department and other departments.(3)The optimization study was conducted to address the problems of single material classification standard and unreasonable inventory control in the inventory management of D Agricultural Machinery Company.Firstly,according to the actual situation of the company and comprehensive literature,three indicators of material classification are determined,namely criticality,accessibility and economy;then,a combination of AHP and ABC classification method is applied to classify the purchased materials into three categories,namely A,B and C;finally,corresponding inventory control strategies are proposed for different categories of materials.(4)The problem of lack of performance assessment of cooperative suppliers in D Agricultural Machinery Company is optimized.Firstly,based on the actual situation of D Agricultural Machinery Company and combined with the literature,a supplier performance assessment index system is established and each index is quantified;secondly,it is proposed that the enterprise classifies suppliers according to the performance assessment results and chooses different incentive machine methods for different categories of suppliers;finally,a standardized supplier replacement process and supplier incentive implementation process are proposed.The above research content and results not only provide a set of effective procurement management solutions for D Agricultural Machinery Company,but also provide reference and reference solutions for procurement management of other agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises. |
