With the arrival of knowledge-based economy times, human capital had pay more and more attention in every field of social production, especially by the information technology as the core of IT. The enterprise is willing to well-paid IT workers proved that Human capital performance's positive functions. In practice, though enterprise has recognized the importance of human capital, But it's not enough to use. Social capital as research staff through a social contact can obtain resources of a concept, it is currently a research field of human capital, specificity and group decides the human capital and social capital is closely related, namely the human capital only in social cooperation system can play a role. From the investigation and study can be seen in the study of human capital in operational performance, this paper will examine enterprise social capital and human capital performance between the internal relevancy. Social capital in the process of human capital plays a certain role of cooperation, and cooperation intention helped is the basic premise for cooperation. Therefore, when the study between social capital and human capital performance, willingness will be as intermediary variable to analyze, in order to obtain the more objective conclusion.This article fully using the previous about social capital and human capital theory and model performance study, take affect about the enterprise performance of human capital's individual factors,the organizational factors and social factors infused into the social network, construct the social capital and human capital enterprise concept model (cooperation intention for intermediary variable). From the three dimensions of social capital to introduction, about the social capital structure dimensions,social capital relationship dimensions and social capital cognitive dimensions for theoretical and empirical analysis, this paper discusses the relationship about social capital and human capital performance of enterprises, the enterprises human capital performance from three respects of the employee's work efficiency, creativity and staff attitude to prove. In the comprehensive analysis of the social capital on the basis of the influence mechanism of enterprise human capital performance are put forward nine groups theoretical research hypotheses, and take the technical staff as questionnaire object. Using the factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis of statistical methods for assumptions are verified, confirmed the relation of the social capital and human capital and the willingness of intermediary function.On the basis of the theory and empirical research, the main conclusions are that social capital structure strength and network connection of dimension stability of enterprise performance has a significant effect on the human capital, and human capital of enterprise scale of network performance is not obvious, In the relationship between social capital of trust, employee trust and employees of enterprises and regulations of human capital performance has significant influence, In social capital cognitive dimensions common language and symbols, and common vision and expectations for enterprise human capital performance is significantly influence, Cooperation intention between social capital and human capital performance plays a certain role, namely through ascension or reduce the willingness could affect the human capital performance.
