Fdi Technology Spillover Effects Of China's Independent Innovation Of Enterprises

With the further development of economic globalization, the foreign direct investment has become the vital factor to economic development of China. FDI is not only the important capital resources, but also the way to obtain technical spillovers and improve the economic development.Domestic and foreign scholars have acknowledged that technical spillovers can encourage economic development of our country, but they argued the relationship between technical spillovers and independent innovation . Some say FDI technical spillovers can improve the ability of independent innovation ,while others say the effect is limited.Then what's the real impact of FDI's technical spillovers on the ability of independent innovation of domestic enterprise? And what's the mechanism of the impact? The paper is just based on the these aspects.On the basis of reviewing the basic theories of FDI technical spillovers and independent innovation and the analysis of the impact mechanism , this paper discusses the impact of FDI technology spillovers on domestic enterprise's ability of independent innovation on different profession by using empirical analysis. The results shows that , the input of Research spending has more obvious impact compared with the input of Technical personnel. The increase of the research spending input has obvious positive effects on technical spillovers.,. compared with domestic enterprises ,foreign-funded enterprises has advantages in technical level, which lead to the disadvantageous position of domestic enterprises in the competition. Above all , the effects of FDI technical spillovers on independent innovation is positive, but limited compared with the internal variables. In the end , the paper proposes the corresponding suggestions on the aspect of technical spillovers and independent innovation.
