With The Strain Of The "machine" - Design Corporate Crisis Management

In the global background of increased economic competition, the modern enterprise not only gain more and more opportunities to survive, but also face more risk and crisis . Under this situation, the effective way for the enterprise to resist the crisis management study is more important than before. In China, research in this field start quite late, the research on risk management is not enough in-depth, relevant theory of the very few, so this papper is going to use corporate crisis management theories to study and do reasearch of these design firms. on this base this paper analyzes the development status of China's design industry sort out the hidden crisis of the nature of the design companies to focus on gains and losses and crisis management rules of market behavior to explain the game design business processes and crises; and analysis of the types of design firms of the crisis and coping strategies when faced with the type of crisis and possibility, ultimately trying to avoid and resolve to explore the design of a practical approach to business crisis. As the theory of design management, this principle only for research, described the problem of crisis management, and analysis will be based on a practical level, from design firms in the business behaviorally to explain the importance of crisis management. Hope that through this study, the design for our research enterprise risk management provide a useful theoretical basis for our enterprises to establish a suitable design features the industry's crisis management system to provide some reference and reference value.
