Post Project Evaluation (PPE) is systematic and objective analysis on the purposes, process, benefits, effects and influence of accomplished projects. With the rechecking of the investing activity, it should be confirmed whether prospected targets and major benefit indexes has been reached. Referring to the theory and experience of PPE globally, the gain and loss of Shenyang CNC has been concluded. Moreover, the research on management of PPE of Shenyang CNC has been done with systematic methods.This thesis mainly focuses on true case analysis. Theories, methods, and real situation of Shenyang CNC are closely combined together in order to give more valuable advices to Shenyang CNC.
