| Civil aviation of China obtains its high-speed development as a subsequence of China economic soaring. As an important portion of aviation transportation industries, airport construction developed rapidly and airport company business kept a high raising rate during past few years. Facing the opportunity of airport developing, as well as further innovation of airport organization and competition of aviation market, Airport Company need to do more analysis and research to know how to utilize the opportunity and acclimatize himself to the changeover of environment and challenge of competition, so that to achieve continuous and healthy development via strategy and management.MoHe airport is a transportation construction item of national 10th five year plan. It was break ground in 2006 and expects into serve in 2008. As a new minitype airport in north-east of China, it will be facing opportunity of development after into service, however, difficulties of small airport and close competition of aviation market must to be considered, specific strategy object and programming must be determined as earlier as we can.There are six parts about the essay.
