Performance management is the core of modem human resource management issues. As a modern management tool and means, effective performance management system can help companies to meet its mission to create a high performance, and become the company's continued momentum, as a source of growth and development. How to design and establish a scientific performance management system consistent with China's national conditions, and the strategy development needs of the domestic enterprises. It is an important and new issues. In this paper, from the basic theory of performance management, based on the analysis on the problems in the current situation of performance management in the A Bank problems, the author designed and discussed the bank's performance management system.The first part of this article describes the basic conditions of the bank, including company profiles, organizational structure and human resource situation and status of the bank, conducts a performance management analysis and evaluation, and points out the need for performance management system design. Partâ…¡deals with the related theoretical basis of the performance management system design, including performance, performance evaluation, performance management, as well as the meaning, content and the process of performance management, performance management, focused on analyzing the methods and objectives of management law, key performance indicators evaluation method,360-degree performance appraisal method and balanced scorecard performance assessment of four modern and practical issue.Part III is divided into A Bank's performance management system designed to explain the performance management system design ideas, preparation and performance management system design process and content. The fourth component is the implementation results and evaluation of the bank's performance management system, first in the author describe the effect of the implementation of performance management system and then analyzes the problems in the process of the implementation of the system, and talks about some personal experience.
