For an enterprise,when evaluating the management effects,the performance management level is not only an effective scale of evaluation but also an objective standard.Therefore,how to improve the performance management level is the key torealize the sustainable development of enterprise.At present,information technology is developing rapidlyand the tide of economic globalization is also coming,the way of enterprise management is naturally innovative,the traditional performance assessment is obviously unable to meet the need of thecur rent enterprise management,so the traditional performance assessment is trying to develop towards the complete performance management system.In Western countries,performance management has been promoted and widely used,but in China it has just started,and it's still far from the complete managementsystem.This paper takes L Petrochemical Company as the research object,which is a large state-owned enterprise belongs to the China National Petroleum Corporation.Taking the status of performance management as the starting point of the analysis,this paper discusses the company's human resources status and current performance management mode in detail,and the overall thinking of the performance assessment system is gradually formed.The paper introduces the setting principle of the assessment system,analyzes the program objectives,and then analyzes the assessment system from the aspects of target value,index items and weights.Finally,itdescribes the process of indicator system which constructs the company-level,department-level and employee-level performance assessment based on the KPI system in detail.Fully combining the actual situation of L Petrochemical Company and combining the design principle of KPI's assessment indicators,the general performance assessment process design of L Petrochemical Company is carried out to explain the preparation of performance plan,the content of performance assessment,the process of performance assessment,advancement of all levels ofperformance appraisal,etc.This paper analyzes the effect of performance assessment implementation by means of questionnaires,and analyzes the help it brings to the company,thus providing some ideas for enterprise human resource management decision makers.For the shortcomings of L Petrochemical Company's performance management,it will use L Petrochemical Company's performance management system to improve,so as to fully motivate the enthusiasm of the functional departments,thereby ensuring L Petrochemical Company's strategic goals,and also provide some useful lessons for domestic related companies that are interested in improving the performance management level.
