As the core of human resource management, effective implementation of performance management offers support for, the development, recruitment, training, promotion, remuneration and incentives of human resource and so on. Its core is through the proper evaluation of all levels of agencies, departments and staff performance, and performance outcomes for different organizational units and employees to give proper incentives to promote the organization and the continuous improvement of employee performance levels, so as to continuously enhance the core competitiveness, to achieve the organization's overall strategic objectives, which is a current problem China's commercial banks urgently need to solve to tackle the problem, this paper presents a clear purpose of performance management, changing performance appraisal with the needs of management and grasping the key elements of performance management, paying attention to the communication and commitment of pre-assessment, emphasis on information collection in the process of evaluation, emphasis on the application of the results of evaluation and other ideas. |
