| Finance is the blood of a country’s economic development, as the main financial institutions, banks, naturally become the lifeblood of China’s economic development, and plays a key role in economic development. Agricultural Bank of China, as one of them, in order to gain an advantage in the fierce competition in the market and maintain the sustainable development of the power and stability of the capital adequacy level, we must continue to improve their operational efficiency and competitiveness, and to achieve this goal, Agricultural Bank to strengthen performance management is an important way.The paper consists of six parts to study:The first part introduces the research background and significance, research ideas and research innovation. The third part describes the main problems of agricultural development bank branch performance management and the Agricultural Bank of existing performance management system exists.
