As society becomes even more competitive, busy and high-intensity work made it a growing desire for healthy, a huge market in fitness industry follows from it, as a result, many fitness companies have mushroomed in China. China's fitness business is born and developing in the history opportunities of social development . However, it is negatively influenced by the disorderly market competition. In face of this kind of situation,our fitness business should apply any measures to create their own competitive advantages and guide China's overall fitness business to develop on the right track .In this paper, we use some research ways like literature logical analysis and field interviews ect. baced on the current reality of China's fitness business to mainly study the problems about the identification and countermeasures of core competence of fitness business. First we introduced the theory knowledge about core competence, according to the identification standards of core competence we have the result:should pay much attentionto the training of baced on enterprise culture's core competence. Then we use services value chain identification, and analysed the "value chain chart structure of health club ", conclused that human resources management and customer relationship management plays important role to enhance customers'satisfaction and loyalty and staff, these two aspects were what should be concerned about for fitness business to train their core competencies. Finally,we advanced any corresponding measures about how to train human resources management, customer relationship management and enterprise culture of these three aspects of core competencies.For how to cultivate human resources management this aspect's core competencies, fitness enterprises need to stipulate adequate human resource strategy, personnel training system, performance assessment mechanisms and incentives institution. Cultivate customer relationship management this aspect's core competencies, fitness enterprises need to improve the quality of service and carry through e-commerce management. For how to cultivate core competencies baced enterprise culture, fitness enterprises need to begain with attaching importance to the needs of employees,and form a people-oriented core values, and establish a good communication mechanism.
