The management training industry has formed a certain industry scale in China after so many years’development. With the increasingly fierce competition of market, the development of management training has taken a new trend. In order to seek survival and development in a competitive environment, management training company must keep pace with the times and meet market demand. It has a far-reaching strategic significance for China’s economic development enhancing the overall quality and competitiveness of China’s management training industry and forming a number of training institutions with a strongly competitive ability. If a business want to survive and develop, it will be necessary to adapt to market changes and use their own core competitiveness. Cultivating and promoting core competitiveness has become the life of the enterprises.Based on some difficulties and challenges the ABC Company is facing inside industry, this thesis makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis from the respect of constituent elements of the core competitiveness of enterprises by the means of the identification of resources theory. Although marketing capability, market competitiveness and human resource capacity of ABC Company don’t perform well, the innovative and learning ability is still slightly strong. Lacking of the overall core competitiveness, it is difficult to form a powerful competitive advantage.After identifying the advantages and disadvantages of core competitiveness of enterprises, we can confirm the short-term and long-term strategies of cultivation and enhancement of the core competitiveness of enterprises. ABC Company is in the stage of venture and its the short-term strategy is to nurture and enhance the marketing capabilities and market competitiveness and human resource competitiveness by concentrating its resources in order to foster and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. To foster and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises is a long-term and systematic project and requires sustained attention and long-term efforts of enterprises. It is the long-term strategy of enterprises to nurture and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises from the aspects of enterprise culture, strategic management, and organizational resources. After the identification, planning and fostering deployment of the core competitiveness, in the end the thesis will introduce the security measures of the core competitiveness from the three aspects: fostering talents, constructing, innovating and learning of group as well as perfecting of system..The research scope and research ideas of the thesis play an important role in analyzing and resolving problems from the theory as well as the make of enterprise strategy and realization of management and innovation. The purpose of the research lies in helping ABC company step out of the bottleneck of development and finding the company’s own core competitiveness so as to further maintain, manage and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
