There are many opinions about urban management in recent years. The urban management of China has cost much and have a low efficiency in the traditional urban management in past few years and China government is eager to find a way to fit Chinese situation. This paper is made to satisfy this need. I was studying some academic results in this area, and finally find a perfect way to show how to develop Chinese urban management. I can see the future of this system that will more fit the need of Harmonious socialist society and will guide Chinese government practically .This paper summaries the direction of Chinese urban management combined with the situation of Chinese city development in the base of analyzing traditional city management mode. For Chinese city management there still have a long way to go, because we are in the process of transforming from the lower level to higher level and there exist advanced and backward management tools. Nowadays how to deal with the social relations of transition and how to guide government the right direction is the most important thing that government should pay more attention to.Legal system is the foundation of every society and the social stability and development would not exist without it, so the prerequisite and basis of city management is to build up the legal system; Modern city will be more digital and this technology can be used to improve government efficiency; People-oriented is the basic principles in the process of constructing service-oriented government and is also the simply reflect of the nature of Socialism. In the future the policies and regulations will be more and more humanity. This paper provide three ways to solve this problem and only firmly adhered to these we can smoothly go through the transition. |
