| Tianjin BinHai Hi-Tech Industrial Development Area establishes the digital city management project according to the requirement of Tianjin Urban Amenities Management Bureau. The main content of this project is to construct the digital monitoring system of roads and important facilities in the area. It is a city construction system, which based on the technology of the thousand meter unit grid division and the method of City components, event management, to establish the city management database, in order to realize the digitalization and standardization management of city management, to further enhance the city management level, and to enhance the quality of city management.Firstly, the thesis carried a summary introduction on domestic digital city management, carried a study on smart current system management, using essential knowledge of project management: project management and total quality management, to analyze the programs of the digital city management project for Tianjin BinHai hi-tech Industrial Development Area. To research the application of smart weak current project control by utilizing WBS structure, operational research, current system management. To implement quality control on current system project management, by setting the digital city management project quality goals, so that the importance of quality control on current system project is reflected. By using the above project management theory, the efficiency of project improved significantly, the potential risk of project implementation process was avoided, the project qualification was improved, and won the high reputation from both contractor and owner. This thesis also proved that the reasonability and practicability of process management and quality management in Tianjin BinHai hi-tech Industrial Development Area digital city management project, which accumulated lots of valuable experience for same type project management in the future. |
