Basing on the management theories, this paper explored the problem in-depth, which is China Mobile how to promote its 3G wireless LAN card service and establish its G3 branding in Guangxi colleges market, and tried to seek for its new marketing strategies by the combination of Public relations tactics and Brand Communication Strategy. Firstly, this essay analyzed the current 3G wireless LAN card service development environment of China Mobile in Guangxi colleges market. And then it analyzed the internal and external business environment, as well as the opportunities and threats, comprehensively by the means of PEST Analysis, Five-force Model analytic method. Finally, according to features of mobile communication consumption in Guangxi colleges market, the essay put forward the specific strategies and the recommendations for China Mobile to develop 3G wireless LAN card service and establish its G3 branding in Guangxi colleges market in the future, from perspectives of the market position, rates, distribution channels, advertising & promotions, public relations etc.
