On The Implementation And Achievements Of The Soviet New Economic Policy

In the early period of Soviet regime, the Soviet Union adopted a "war communism" policy in order to stabilize the situation, but the policy , to a certain extent caused by the economic crisis and political crisis in after the civil war , so that society was not stability, and it threated directly to the survival and consolidation of the new regime.
