With the activities of production and consumption, a renewable and non-renewable arbitrarily are discarded, which poses more and more threat to environment, and some resources are facing exhaustion, even, so more and more people begin to pay close attention to reverse logistics and recycling of waste materials, recycling and sale will no doubt bring relevant person enormous potential profit space. When the product is sold into the hands of the consumers, the product life cycle also entered a recession, according to the product life cycle of marketing perspective, the product life cycle is expanded--the fifth stage of the product life cycle reuse stage'. At this stage, the recovery of product can be reused and sold. Reverse logistics is the supplement of positive logistics, also it is the same that the product life cycle is extended.Aiming at the factors existing in reverse logistics which influence the recovery rate, two kinds of incentive levels were built, respectively the Government to producers' motivation and recycling enterprises to consumers'motivation. In the first incentive mechanism, the producers have the responsibility of recycling with EPR. Through studying principal-agent relationship of Government and recovery corporate, an effective model including an nonlinear incentive contract was built between Government and the recovery corporate. The model provided the equilibrium solution of recovery corporate and incentive density of Government. In the second incentive mechanism, based on factors which effect consumers' behavior, discuss with probability distribution function and function of form to depict the recovery rate provided by consumers, finally obtained the incentive mechanism of the relevant responsible persons under balanced decision and utility. Finally through simulating related parameters and analyzing their change trend, some effective suggestions for enterprise are proposed.
