Research On Whole Process Project Management For Photovoltaic Power Project

In recent years, the construction of Photovoltaic power project is speeding up, which ask for an urgent demand to the theory and methodology of project management. At present, the construction of large-scaled Photovoltaic power project are just commenced in China and domestic construction enterprises are short of the experience in whole process management of Photovoltaic power construction. The management of some Photovoltaic projects still adopts the management model of traditional coal-fired power projects which results in the quality, progress and cost targets unachievable and in turn restricts the development of domestic Photovoltaic power industry.Based on the analysis of project management method and EPC model, the paper proposes to use EPC model as whole process project management. In the framework of this management model, combining with actual situation during the construction of Photovoltaic power project, the paper engages the study of management content and management method during the stages of Photovoltaic power plant planning, preparing, implementation and finalization. Finally, the paper elaborates management model integrating with the example of GD Ningxia Pingluo PV Power Plant, the paper aims at introducing advanced project management theory, studying its application in whole process management of Photovoltaic power projects, and thus summarizing the process and method of whole process project management suitable to PV power projects to improve the management level of domestic construction enterprises or project management companies.
