Applied Research, The Enterprise Value Of Portfolio Assessment Of Ahp Based On Entropy Weight

The rapid development of modern capital market has greatly promoted the flow of enterprise resources between different owners. Therefore, the valuation assessment of an enterprise has become one of the cores about whether the transaction of property rights can be achieved or not. With the reform of economic system proceeding, the property flow and reorganization, as well as the transform of property rights will carry on more rapidly and widely. As a result, the space for enterprise valuation assessment has been greatly opened, and on the other hand, the traditional assessment technology and methods has faced stern challenges.Based on the theory of enterprise valuation assessment, this paper analyses comparatively the applicability and limitation of the existing valuation assessment methods. It introduces creatively the Entropy Weight and Analytic Hierarchy Process into the process of enterprise value assessment in order to establish a kind of multi-dimensional and innovative enterprise valuation combined assessment methods. Secondly, this paper clearly defines the factors on the enterprise valuation and establishes the index system according to all these factors, and constructs enterprise value combined assessment model that will take the assets, market and earnings foundation by the concept of entropy weight and analytic hierarchy process.Finally,it takes Guangdong Shengyi Sci.Tech Co.Ltd and other nine companies as the object, and testifies the operability and scientificity of the model by using regression analysis between the evaluating value and the market value of the enterprises.This paper's characteristics and innovations are:(1)Using the combination weight method which connects subjectivity with objectivity to determine the weight of index system comprehensively;(2)Establishing enterprise value combined assess model that will take the assets,market and earnings foundation to overcome the limitation of current conducting enterprise valuation from one perspective.We can expect that the study of this paper could produce some practical significance for the promotion of the development of enterprise value assessment methods.
