| This paper briefly introduced China's Civil Aviation ATM system overview of the work and foreign ATM and details on the main content and results of the 2007 Civil Aviation ATM system Reform, identified the shortcomings and the cause of the reform.The current theoretical views of the reform of the institutions were summarized. The fundamental purpose of the reform is to improve the efficiency of public institutions. This paper pointed out that the direction and the objective of the deepened reform in accordance with the guiding reform theory of public institutions, according to the Civil Aviation ATM system's profession characteristic, will provide the help for the improvement the Civil Aviation ATM system present's work. |
