Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps as a special organization which shoulder the "reclaim land" of historical mission on the northwest edge.Since its inception, during its 50 years of development history, it has made tremendous contribution to stability and harmony for the region, and play an important role in Xinjiang. Nowadays, under the complicated situation in the world which Political and economic development is not imbalance, and civilization conflict is worse and worse. without question, xinjiang production and construction corps will continue play an irreplaceable role in maintaining regional stability and harmony.This paper taking one 12 even Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps agricultural division as an example, from the Angle of regional stability and regional harmonious, analyzes the present condition of xinjiang production and construction corps, then discusses the corps in the stability and harmony of the society.
