This paper probes into the significance of the current research on integrating resources of the enterprises of logistics in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, summarizing the theory of the current research, making clear the thinking of the research and defining the scope of the study. Basing on the strategic management perspective, the paper manages to integrate resource of the enterprises of logistics in Corps by using strategic alliances, which can particularly be expounded by environment analysis, strategy formulation, strategy implementation and strategy control.The background and current situation of enterprises of logistics in Corps show that the logistics industry and the development of these enterprises are still in their initial stage. To stimulate the development of modern logistics industry of Corps, integrating resources is an important way out of their current state: small scale, poor marketing, low service ability and weak competitive ability. The paper also makes clear the strategic objectives and principles of integrating resources of theses enterprises, and analyzes the contributing factor of strategic alliances by using the theories of transaction costs, and value chain. And the author clarifies the necessity of using strategic alliances in integrating resources of these enterprises and states that it is the best way for these enterprises to choose the route of implementing strategic alliances, developing the scales and specialization of the enterprises, with strategic alliances servicing as a platform to integrate efficiently all kinds of resources such as customer resources, information resources, capability resources, culture resources, organization resources and logistical work flow. Here, Agricultural Material Company of Corps is cited as a successful example of using strategic alliances to achieve rapid development. In addition, the author stresses that in the course of implementing strategic alliances, special attention should be paid to the following difficult problems: relevant strategy control; the relationship between government, enterprises and market; choices of alliance partners.
