Chinese farmers cooperative organizations rise and spread rapidly since the mid-1980 s of the twentieth century, which is both an inevitable result of the development of agricultural industrialization and the only way of agricultural modernization of our country. In order to solve the contradiction between small farmers and big market, Chinese farmers cooperative organizations were established, and developed alone with the advance of market economy reform. In recent years, our country pays more and more attention to the farmers cooperative organizations and has given strong support to enhance the market position of farmers, which directly increased farmers’ income level and impelled the rapid development of the farmers cooperative organizations of our country.Production and Construction Corps(hereinafter referred to as the Corps) shoulders the historic mission of reclamation and guarding the frontier, according to the 2003 “White Paper of History and Development of the Corps”, the Corps was "a special social organization is directly planned by the state, who manage its own internal administrative and judicial affairs according to the laws and regulations of the state and the Corps of Uygur Autonomous Region with in the reclamation area administrated by the Corps, and undertakes the function of reclamation and guarding the frontier entrusted by the state.” Throughout the history of the Corps, it has been taken agriculture as the basis of national economy, the development of social economy is slow relatively; on the other hand, the Corps’ special system of “unity of the party, government, military and enterprise” causes legal impediment during the process of organizing cooperative organization(especially cooperation) which hindered the rapid development of farmers(workers) cooperative organization and resulted in slow development of farmers(workers) cooperative organization in the Corps. Production and Construction Corps Eighth Division(hereinafter referred to as the Eight Division) takes the lead of national economy and develops fastest in the process of agriculture industrialization and modernization. Compared with other divisions, in the view of historical development and development scale, the farmers(workers) cooperative organization of the Eighth Division has the characteristics of earlier development, faster starting and larger scale. In this thesis, animal husbandry cooperative organization of the Eighth Division is taken as study object, which possess highly representativeness in the study of development of animal husbandry cooperative organization of whole corps.Literature research method, survey study method, survey research method, qualitative and quantitative methods, case study method, etc. are mainly applied in this thesis, and lay emphasis on the combination of empirical analysis and normative analysis, and the combination of theoretical analysis and practical experience. Firstly, a macro and micro level research on animal husbandry cooperative organization of the Eighth Division is applied and problems of its development are found, and then analysis the influencing factors of its development from the perspectives of demand analysis, internal factor and external factor, on this basis, build a suitable model for the future development for animal husbandry cooperative organization of the Eighth Division and give a future developmental focus so as to provide some references to the future development patterns of the corps’ animal husbandry cooperative organization. The main contribution of this thesis is that it proposed a suitable pattern system for future development of the corps’ animal husbandry cooperative organization, as well as a variety of supporting measures for the formation of this pattern system, and I expect to offer some my own proposals for the future development of the corps’ animal husbandry cooperative organization as well as the corps’ cooperative organization.
