Railway Logistics System Evaluation Index Weight To Determine The Method Of Study

The railway logistics system contains several interconnected sub-systems, and between system and sub-systems link with time, space and resources, also link with operation and cost. The railway logistics system is a dynamic system, always change with the operation of the system. In order to adapt to the market environment with changing, the each component of system needs often to revise and improve. the system even needs to design and plan in the environment with dramatic changing .So how to make a scientific and reasonable evaluation with system is crucial,with the plan and design and implementation process for the railway logistics system We need to establish the reflect the evaluation index system which can reflect system before evaluation of system, and choose the appropriate evaluation method. At present there are many index weight determination methods about the system, but that methods cannot change by time, so cannot reflect the dynamic feature of the system, thus the evaluation results cannot reflect the real operation level of system. Below a such premise, the paper proposes the idea that treat with the evaluating indicator system by system viewpoint,and screens the indexs by the causal relation analysis method, then determine the evaluating indicator weight by the regression analysis method,which cannot only reflect the importance in the system, but also can reflect the dynamic characteristics of the system, and enables the results to be able to reflect the system actual operation level.The paper uses the methods which contains the causal relation method, the regression analysis method, the dimensionless method , the entropy method and variation coefficient method, then establish the evaluation index system of railway logistics system by the main principle which is unioned by the qualitative and quantitative method.And combining with the railway actual data ,the paper confirms the weight the rationality by the empirical analysis, finally proves that the method about the index weight determination method is accuracy.
