The Method Of Determining Index Weight And Its Application Research

In real life, we would always encounter problems about various judgments, which are called comprehensive evaluation. Lots of researchers from many fields have been absorbed in the subject and they have made great achievement.Based on the work of summarizing related literature, this paper has researched and explored two kinds of problems in comprehensive evaluation:objective determining weights method about the determination of index weight and the group evaluation method. It is compose of several aspects as follows:(1)One kind of method to determine the index weight is based on the principle of differences motivation. On that basis, there are scattering degree method, variance method, entropy method and etc. after study of these methods, this paper propose a new objective method to determine index weight which determine the weights objectively by showing up the differences in the reciprocal value of cosine. Later, we research some property about this method focused on different process of nondimensionalization.(2)In traditional objective weighting method, there are problems about thinking of the functionality and proportionality of each evaluation index separately. To solve this problem, this paper extends the weighting method which is proposed in chapter2on the background of the comprehensive evaluation for the regional economic development. This method combines the functionality and proportionality during the evaluation process by introducing the "equilibrium index of system development" and "rewards and punishment coefficient" to receive more acceptable results by people.(3)As a kind of most found problem in real life, group evaluation has absorbed many researchers to study. It is very important to obtain acceptable evaluation results by different experts because usually there are inconsistent opinions from different about the same program. In past document papers, the research of group evaluation mainly focuses on the process of gathering experts’opinions. On the basis of reading and summarizing the document papers, this paper proposes a method to consider the effectiveness and similarity synthetically of evaluation results from each expert synthetically, which not only emphasizes the division about different index from each expert but also takes the similarity of the expert opinions into consideration.Finally, there is a summarization about the main conclusions in this paper and it indicates the deserved research subjects and interests.
