Reward design will affect the pay distribution of the labor fruits, this study expounds the theory of reward and the design skills from the perspective of economics and management, including reward content, salary determination theory and compensation strategy theory,striving to explore the general theoretical basis of reward design, salary theoretical explanations in the Economics can be seen as the essence of the meaning of salary, management theory can be seen as the salary of application-level incentives. Make the total rewards into economic reward and non-economic reward, explaining specifically the specific content of each module and design strategies. Carry on the target enterprises'reward diagnosis, including existing pay system analysis, pay satisfaction evaluate and pay satisfaction rating factors analysis, this paper quantifies the weight of each factor so as to help pay managers to make decisions. Analysising enterprise development strategies to determine what the enterprise compensation strategy is, choose job pay system as the target company's basical pay system, choosing Hay job evaluation system as the job evaluation method, as well as the multi-stakeholder involvement principle to ensure the transparency of job evaluation (procedural justice). The job scores are based on job analysis and job evaluation, divide job level according to the jobs'score order, select senior geological engineer as the benchmark job, then calculate each job's coefficient that can be the basis of wages and bonuses, measure the specific amount of wages for each job according to the market wage and business strategy in 2009, and draw the internal pay curve. Design the experience wage, education salaries, bonuses, welfare and allowances according to the enterprise's characteristics.At last discuss the preparation before implementation of the new pay system.
