Along with the enhance of the international financial integration trend, every Chinese insurance company is on track to conglomerate. The interactive business of intra-group has become a significant mean for the sharing of intra-group customers and distribution channels resources in each insurance company. Now insurance companies have concentrated on the following issue: how to promote the efficiency and accelerate the development of interactive business in order to make the interactive channels turn into ones with high efficiency and low cost.This article researches the domestic and international thoeries on cross-selling and current status of interactive business. Meanwhile, this article tries to find out the problem influencing the development of interactive business and analyzes the systematic methods to these problems, which is on the basis of combining the theories and practice of relationship marketing, teamwork with management of customers relationship and collecting material through individual interview and research questionnaire.The article fistly introduces the concept of interactive business and significance of development of interactive business, the sum up of related literature works, clues and content of the article. Secondly it analyses the current status of domestic and international interactive business, the subject and potential of interactive business in Hunan Branch of China Life Property and Casualty Insurance Company Limited. This article also explains some problems existing in interactive business of Hunan Branch of China Life Property and Casualty Insurance Company Limited. Besides, through deep interview with all class employees, this article analyzes the difficulties on marketing of interactive business of Hunan Branch of China Life Property and Casualty Insurance Company Limited. The reasons for impeding the development of interactive services are like these: Interactive operation mechanism imperfect; production fee lack of market competitiveness; the support for insurance salesmen not inplace and so on. Thirdly, the article also analyzes the following strategies can influence the interactive business actively via explaining the strategies of improving structure of interactive business, enhancing distribution channels, improving products development and service, consummating the marketing environment and etc. Finally, basing on the current status of Hunan Branch of China Life Property and Casualty Insurance Company Limited, this article advises some supporting measures on strategies to ensure the development , which including setting up sense of resources integration of all employees and building up profit distribution rules are in favor of development of interactive business.
