It was vested in Flos Lonicerae in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005),but in hospitals, prescriptions of chinese patent medicine used the honeysuckle, Yield in national honeysuckle was only 5 million kilograms, while the market demand was more than 17 million kilograms, Yield in honeysuckle can not meet the market demand.Thus this experiment study compatibility fingerprint of L. macrathoides Hands.-Mazz.,Flos Lonicerae Japonicae, and Radix Scutellariae.The study provides scientific bases for L. macrathoides Hands.-Mazz.,as a substitute of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae use to product yinhuang preparation.The results are as follows:1,This study quantitive analysis content of chlorogenic acid, baicalin by HPLC,that single decoction and mixed decoction of 10 batches L. macrathoides Hands.-Mazz.crude drug,10 batches Flos Lonicerae Japonicae crude drug,10 batches Radix Scutellariae crude drug.the results showed that drug couple composed of Flos Honeysuckle and Radix Scutellariae had no effect on dissolution of chlorogenic acid, baicalin; chlorogenic acid content of L. macrathoides Hands.-Mazz. is higher two times than that of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae.2,Establish HPLC fingerprint of L. macrathoides Hands.-Mazz. single decoction,L. macrathoides Hands.-Mazz. and Radix Scutellariae mixed decoction, Flos Lonicerae Japonicae and Radix Scutellariae mixed decoction.and To use "Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM 2004" to calculate similarity of fingerprint with chlorogenic acid as a reference peak, L. macrathoides Hands.-Mazz. extract fingerprint have a total of 11 marked common peaks,similarity are greater than 0.950;L. macrathoides Hands.-Mazz. and Radix Scutellariae extract fingerprint have a total of 14 marked common peaks, similarity are greater than 0.950;Flos Lonicerae Japonicae and Radix Scutellariae extract fingerprint have a total of 13 marked common peaks, similarity are greater than 0.950;L. macrathoides Hands.-Mazz. and Radix Scutellariae extract, Flos Lonicerae Japonicae and Radix Scutellariae extract fingerprint have a total of 12 marked common peaks, similarity are basically greater than 0.900.3,Compared with fingerprint peak of L. macrathoides Hands.-Mazz., Flos Lonicerae Japonicae, Radix Scutellariae individual decoction and L. macrathoides Hands.-Mazz.
