Study On Fingerprint Of Lonicera Japonica Flos And Lonicerae Flos In Guizhou Province Yanweina

Lonicera japonica flos and lonicerae flos are commonly used herbal medicines of China.Since ancient times,it has been praised as a medicin e for clearing heat and detoxicating and Dispel wind and remove heat.Th e “Pharmacopoeia” regulation,honeysuckle flower called Lonicera japonic a flos[Lonicera japonica Thunb.],and the flower of caprifoliaceae plant lo nicera macranthoide flos[Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.],lonicera hypoglauca flos [Lonicera hypoglauca Miq.],lonicera confusa flos[Lonicer a confusa DC.] or Lonicera fulvotomentosa flos[Lonicera fulvotomentosa Hsu et s.c.Cheng] are known as lonicerae flos.The main varieties of lo nicerae flos in Guizhou province are Lonicera japonica flos and Lonicera fulvotomentosa flos.Chinese medicine fingerprint is a spectrogram based on a certain understanding of Chinese medicine or Chinese medicine preparation,and is obtained by the spectrum or chromatographic analysis instruments after proper treatment of the medicine or preparation.In this experiment,it has taked a batch of Lonicera japonica flos,lonicera macranthoide flos and lonicera confusa flos,through a series of conditions inspection,determined the preparation methods of the three medicinal materials for the test samples and their respective HPLC-DAD-ELSD fingerprint chromatographic conditions.At the same time,the fingerprints of 12 batches of Lonicera japonica flos from local in Guizhou and foreign origins,30 batches of lonicera macranthoide flos and 12 batches of lonicera confusa flos from local have been recorded,and the control fingerprintof Lonicera japonica flos,lonicera macranthoide flos and lonicera confusa flos have obtained.It has also compared the differences of known common peaks of the three medicinal herbs,and calculated the similarity of the fingerprints of the three herbs.The serum fingerprints of traditional Chinese medicine is based on the serum chemical composition of traditional Chinese medicines.it use the appropriate method to acquire the drug-containing serum at a certain time,after appropriate treatment,obtain the spectrum or chromatogram of the sample what use medicine-containing serum instead of traditional Chinese medicine by Analytical means.In this study,it has taked a batche of lonicera macranthoide flos and used the method that has been established to prepare the gastric fluidIn,then examined the various conditions,and finally has confirmed to prepare the gastric fluidIn of Lonicera japonica flos,lonicera hypoglauca flos and Lonicera fulvotomentosa flos.the rats have been given a dose equivalent to 32 times that of the adult dosage for 5 days.Blood samples have been taken from the abdominal aorta at 1 hour after the last gavage,and finally get 6 ml serum.After serum has been treated with acetonitrile as a protein precipitant,it obtaine the serum chemical fingerprints of Lonicera japonica flos,the serum chemical fingerprints of lonicera hypoglauca flos and the serum chemical fingerprints of Lonicera fulvotomentosa flos.
