Integrative Medicine Ldh Fenestration Discectomy Clinical Observation Of Postoperative Non-physical Factors Of Low Back Pain

Objective: To verify the mechanism and the clinical efficacy of lumbago-leg pain caused by non-physical elements after LDH nucleus pulposus extraction based on a therapy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods: Separate the 60 patients who have lumbago-leg pain caused by non-physical elements after LDH nucleus pulposus extraction into two groups. One group is the treatment group including 30 cases which adapt a therapy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine for four weeks and the other group is the control group including 30 cases which adapt a therapy of Western medicine for four weeks. During the four weeks, other medicines to go against lumbago-leg pain are forbidden and the therapeutic outcome is to be observed through VAS and quantification marking system according to the situation of changes before and after the treatment.Results: The research shows there are no obvious differences between the ages, sexes, and the courses of disease of the patients in the two groups, so the patients can be comparable and the P>0.05. The improvement of the two groups is obvious and there is no obvious differences through VAS test and p>0.05. The differences of the marking system are distinguishing and P<0.05. This result is of statistical meaning and shows that the treatment group is better than the control group. And the patients of the treatment group have no untoward effects.Conclusion: the patients who have lumbago-leg pain caused by non-physical elements after LDH nucleus pulposus extraction can get a better clinic treatment by adapting a therapy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine. And the therapy of combining traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine play a good role in adhesion prevention, anti-inflammatory, pains relief, immunoregulation, and circle improvement to remiss and improve the condition of the patients.
