| Objective:To observe the influence of zhaqi dropping fat tea on blood fat and hepatic tissues in the rats with hyperlipemia.Methods:The rats of normal group were fed by basic forage, The blood fat model was established by cultivated high fat forage, SD rats, after constructing model successfully, were divided into model group, zhaqi droppingfat tea in high, middle and low dosage, Xuezhikang group. After 30 days continuous intragastric administration, Getting blood from the carotid artery,the Various targets of blood fat were examined,and then dissect these rats to observe the hepatic tissues by microscope.Results:After given drug, TC, TG, LDL-C in rat with hyperlipemia were inhibited because of the tea, but the content of HDL-C raised up. To compare with the model group, The difference is of significance in statistics science. and to compare with the xuezhikang group, The difference is of no significance in statistics science. hepatic tissues of the model group were destroyed,but zhaqi group and xuezhikang group were rarely destroyed.Conclusion:Zhaqi dropping fat tea Can regulate lipid metabolism in rat with hyperlipemia, that supplies experimental evidence for prevention and treatment hyperlipemia in clinic. |
