Objective:At present, the aerobics and yoga fitness function of individual coverage more, but the two together to see the effectiveness of exercise have not been reported, the experimental study investigated the combination of aerobics and yoga exercise on free radical female college students metabolism and the impact of antioxidant system, as a way to provide more fitness and scientific theoretical basis.Methods:Qufu Normal University to participate in setting-up exercise and the practice of yoga first 35 healthy female college students as the research object, exercise for 12 weeks, and randomly selected the school didn't participate in any amateur fitness exercise 35 healthy female university students as the control group. Practice of before and after exercise group respectively, control and extraction cubits venous blood determination are superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), catalase (CAT), xanthine oxidase (XOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA), reduced Reduced Glutathione Tablets(GSH) content. All data SPSS 18.0 statistical software with an independent sample t-test.Results:3.1 Aerobics and yoga exercises before resting state, the exercise group and control group in various indicators of serum there was no significant difference.3.2 After 12 weeks after aerobic exercise, the exercise group serum SOD activity, compared with before motion is very significantly increased (P<0.01), CAT activity, GSH-PX activity increased significantly (P<0.05), GSH conten significantly increased (P<0.05) MDA content, XOD activity decline significantly (P<0.05).3.3 After 12 weeks, the exercise group girl serum SOD, CAT vigor, very significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01), GSH conten to rise significantly (P<0.05), GSH-PX activity is significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05), MDA content, XOD active obviously lower than in control group (P<0.05).3.1 exercises and yoga exercises before practice, quiet condition, sport group and control group serum each index all no significant differences.Conclusion:1. Exercise and yoga practice can turn female students in serum SOD, CAT, GSH-PX activity and GSH content was significantly increased, MDA content and XOD activity decreased significantly. 2. Aerobic exercise can obviously increase that antioxidant system of human body function, reduce the content of free radicals, delay the ageing.
