| This dissertation is composed of two parts:a literature review and a clinical research. The literature review is about the topic hypercoagulable state in patients with malignant clinical research progress. Hypercoagulable state is a malignant disase commonly associated with cancer. Hypercoagulable state promotes tumor growth and metastasis, seriously affecting the quality of life and prognosis of cancer patients. It is currently the concern by many scholars. Hypercoagulable state of malignancy in patients with anticoagulant therapy can slow tumor growth and metastasis and prol-ong survival of cancer patients. This section mainly from the perspective of Chinese medicine and Western medicine on cancer patients were hypercoagulable state of awareness, diagnosis, etiology and treatment, etc. were discussed. Through clinical studies have shown that Chinese medicine in the treatment of blood circulation method hypercoagulable state in patients with malignant tumors have a certain effect.Part of clinical research, observation method of blood circulation in patients with hypercoagulable state in cancer treatment efficacy. Objective:To observe the treatment of patients with malignant blood circulation hypercoagulable state efficient. Methods:met the inclusion criteria of malignancy in patients with hypercoagulable state 60, the ratio of 1:1 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each patient treatment for 2 consecutive courses, each course of treatment for 2 weeks. The control group were observed during the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is not accepted, only to give medical and other symptomatic treatment tumor; treatment group during the observation period to give medical and other symptomatic treatment tumor on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine orally, daily morning and evening. Monitoring of patients before,1 the end of treatment,2 the end of the coagulation treatment and observe the patient card and other quality of life and improve the situation. Results:The treatment group of 30 patients improved after treatment in patients with D-dimer total effective rate was 83.33%; control group of 30 cases of coagulation after treatment D-dimer to improve the overall effective rate was 23.33%, compared the two groups, significant effect of treatment group than the control group, the difference (P<0.05); fibrinogen after treatment to improve the total effective rate 96.67.33%; control group of 30 patients improved after treatment in patients with fibrinogen total effective rate was 40.00%, compared the two groups, the total effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference (P<0.05); Patients with lip color in improving the treatment group improved 75% dark purple (the control group,19.04%), dark purple tongue, and ecchymosis petechiae improvement rate was 82.35%(control group, 11.11%), KPS score of the effective rate:80%(control group 23.33%). Between two groups, the treatment group in the treatment of patients with malignant tumors in patients with hypercoagulable state and to improve the efficacy of other symptoms than the control group, while the treatment group improved hypercoagulable state without affecting other anticancer drugs and symptomatic efficacy of drugs. Conclusion:The method can effectively improve blood circulation hypercoagulable state in patients with malignant tumors of the coagulation status, blood stasis due to improvement of symptoms, improve quality of life, is worthy of further study and promotion. |
