The article includes literature review and clinical study. The topic of literature review is The Progression of Hypercoagulable State (HCS) and Blood Stasis Syndrome in Patients of Malignant Tumor. Through the retrospective domestic and overseas clinical studies of HCS, blood stasis syndrome and metastasis of tumor in patient of malignant in recent years, to discuss etiopathogenisis, diagnostic criteria and progression of clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine of HCS. HCS in patients of malignant tumor is easy to develop thromboembolic disease, accelerates cell proliferation and metastasis of tumor and thereby leads to severe complications which affect quality of life of patients. Many clinical studies identified that there was a closely related to HCS in patients of malignant tumor and blood stasis syndrome. It attracted more and more domestic and overseas investigators' attention. Through clinical observation, to indicate the effect of Chinese crude drug of promoting blood flow for dissolving blood stasis for the treatment of HCS in patients of malignant tumor. In the below clinical study, to observe the effect of Chinese crude drug of promoting blood flow for dissolving blood stasis for the treatment of HCS in patients of malignant tumor. Objective:to observe effect of Danshen Injection, Tetramethylpyrazine Hydrochloride and Lemene Emulsion injection on the treatment for HCS in patients of malignant tumor. Methods:A total of 60 patients of malignant tumor with HCS was enrolled in the study and randomized to three groups: 20 patients given Danshen Injection,20 patients given Tetramethyl-pyrazine Hydrochloride and 20 patients given Lemene Emulsion Injection. To test PT (prothrombin time), APTT (activated partial thromboplastin time), Fg (fibrinogen), D-dimer (DD), and platelet count, MPV (mean platelet volume), PDW (platelet distribution width), and observe symptoms of blood stasis syndrome and diagnostic efficacy of probability scores. Then respectively evaluate changes of above items before and after therapy. Results: 60 patients were observed and 7 patients was interrupted. The values of Fg in groups of Danshen Injection and Tetramethylpyrazine Hydrochloride were obviously decreasing after the therapy (P<0.05). In group of Tetramethylpyrazine Hydrochloride, the values of D-dimer were decreasing and MPV were increasing after the therapy(P<0.05). The symptoms of blood stasis syndrome were improved after the therapy in three groups (P<0.05). In groups of Tetramethylpyrazine Hydrochloride and Lemene Emulsion injection, the numbness in extremities was improved significantly (P<0.05). In group of Danshen Injection, the pain was improved obviously (P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy with Chinese crude drug of promoting blood flow for dissolving blood stasis for the treatment of HCS in patients of malignant tumor is effective. It deserves to further clinical research and generalization.
