Objectives:To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture on hypercoagul-able state after acute blunt injury in rabbits.Methods:The 18 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three major groups, namely the blank group, model group and electroacupuncture group; and each group of six animals. Electroacupuncture group on the basis of conventional therapy,24h after injury began electroacupuncture treatment. Before modeling, after modeling 1d,4d,7d, respectively, for each group of animals ears arterial blood, measured D-Dimer、thrombin-antithrombin complex(TAT)、 aplatelet granule membrane protein-140(GMP-140)、von willebrand factor (vWF)、thromboxane B2(TXB2)、 6-keto-prostaglandin Fla (6-keto-PGFla) content and thrombelastography(TEG).Results:1. Before modeling, three groups of rabbits D-Dimer, TAT, GMP-140, vWF, TXB2, 6-keto-PGFla content and TEG was no significant difference (P>0.05)2.First days after modeling, the model group and the electro-acupuncture group content of D-Dimer, TAT, GMP-140, vWF, TXB2,6-keto-PGF1a were lower than the blank group increased, and there is a statistically significant difference(P<0.05), three groups of TEG was no significant difference (P>0.05)3. Fourth days after modeling, model group and electroacupuncture group compared with the content of D-Dimer, TAT, GMP-140, vWF, TXB2,6-keto-PGFla have significant difference(P<0.05), compared with the model group and the electroacupuncture group, R, K were lower, Angle, MA and G increased significantly, but no statistically significant difference (P>0.05);4. Seventh days after modeling, model group and electroacupuncture group compared with the content of TAT, GMP-140,6-keto-PGF1a, there is significant difference(P<0.05), The model group and the electroacupuncture group TAT, GMP-140,6-keto-PGFla content compared with the blank group there were significant differences(P<0.05);The model group and the electroacupuncture group D-Dimer compared with the blank group there are differences(P<0.05).model group and electroacupuncture group compared with no significant difference(P>0.05);The content of vWF and TXB2 of the model group compared with the acupuncture group, blankgroup were sig- nif icantly different (P<0.05), but the electroacupuncture group and blank group showed no significant difference(P>0.05);The model group and the electroacupuncture group TEG compared with the blank group has no statistical difference (P>0.05).Conclusions:Fourth days after modeling, rabbit blood appeared hypercoagulable state;Effects of electroacupuncture at Zusanli, Ashi points can play to promote circulation of Qi and blood,to form an effective intervention in rabbits after blunt injury hypercoagulable state.
