| Health care market competition and the disadvantages of the health care system, making medical institutions in China face with unprecedented pressures and challenges. Raising the level of hospital scientific management has become the key of hospital to survive and develop in the 21st century. And the professionalism of the hospital management staff undoubtedly is the important prerequisite and the foundation of achieving the hospital scientific management. After the literature in-depth analysis and field investigation, we propose related strategies according to the results for the current situation which can provide scientific basis for improving the level of hospital management and further promoting the reform process in public hospitals in China.Through the review of relevant literature firstly, this essay gives somes overviews of relevant theory about the professionalism of the hospital management staff. By the use of actual work situations and survey methods, all management in Bao'an District People's Hospital in Shenzhen engaged in investigated.By statistical analysis,we get the result that the professional quality of management in Baoan District People's Hospital is on a lower level,which get only 2.237 points in DWECK.The main reasons of the problem are found after further digging::Hospital management is not high degree of full-time, professional level is not high, lack of proper professional training system, the lack of professional system, the hospital management professional knowledge is not enough. With the hospital management of human resources management system standardization and construction of the main contents of the concept proposed, the basic strategies for the construction of mamagenent in Baoan District People's Hospital are proposed: standardize hospital management career access system, implement the mechanism of fair competition in recruitment; implement of hospital management staff full-time employment system; improve hospital management staff professional training system; build supervising and evaluating mechanisms for professional hospital managers, sound professional hospital management incentives; strengthen professional hospital managers awareness. |
