| Objective To observe the strong heart after pulse decoction "in the treatment of chronic heart failure (CHF) clinical curative effect.Materials and methods Will 6O cases of chronic heart failure patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (31 cases), the control group in 29 cases. The control group to conventional western medicine therapy, the treatment group in the control group to add clothing based on the strong heart after pulse soup.Results(1) In patients with hf cardiac curative effect comparison, the total effective rate of the treatment group, including significant efficiency 96.77% 61.29%, efficient 35.48%; The control group total effectiveness is 72.41%, including significant efficiency 51.72% 20.69%, efficient, the curative effect of treatment group was better than control (P<0.05).(2) Two groups were compared before and after the treatment effect hf 93.55% : treatment group total effectiveness, the comparison group total effectiveness 79.31% (P<0.05).(3) Two groups were compared before and after the treatment effect TCM symptoms 96.77% : treatment group total effectiveness, the comparison group total effectiveness 75.86% (P<0.05).(4) The two groups after treating SV, CO, LVEF, FS are relatively before treatment were obviously improved (P<0.01 or P<0.05), the treatment group has obvious improvement than control group (P<0.05).(5) Two groups of patients before and after the treatment lipid change, ecg changes was not statistically significant (P>0.05)Conclusion The strong heart after pulse decoction "in the treatment of chronic heart failure curative effect is superior to single conventional western medicine therapy, and acquired better clinical effects. |
