Purpose:Copying animal model of chronic heart failure in rats with chronic heart failure detection hemodynamic changes in rats,the BCL-2 myocardial cell apoptosis related gene and the level of plasma brain natriuretic peptide,and to reveal the intervention of chronic heart failure on the cardiac activity party mechanism.Method: In96 rats,male and female half,divided into normal group,model group and control group,high dose group,low dose group,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)dose group,a total of 6 groups,each group of male and female eight only.Model group adopts hydrochloride for injection more gentle than star(adriamycin(ADR),press 1 mg/kg,1 mg/kg,2 mg/kg,2 mg/kg,3 mg/kg,3 mg/kg,4 mg/kg for the intraperitoneal injection of the drug dose,every 2 to 1,a total of 7 times,cumulants is 16 mg/kg,a total of 19 days;High,medium and low dose group with strong heart energy party respectively according to the high,medium and low dose lavage,40 days since lavage 11 th day give adriamycin building(method and dose the same as the model group);The control group with vial upon the attached injection dosage lavage 40 days,since by gastric 11 th day give doxorubicin building methods and doses(the same as the model group).Breeding cycle after the multi-channel physiological signal acquisition system in detecting hemodynamic changes in rats,the method of enzyme linked immunosorbent(Elisa)determination of plasma BNP levels in rats.Result:(1)Compared with the blank control group,model group,the Chinese medicine group rats s ignificantly reduce weight,poor state,cardiac function declined obviously,plasma BNP levels increased significantly,difference is obvious.(2)Strong heart energy can effectively improve chronic heart failure rats living condition,significantly improves cardiac function in chronic heart failure rats,significantly reduce chronic heart failure rats plasma BNP level.(3)Strong heart activity party a medium dose,to improve cardiac function in chronic heart failure rats,plasma BNP levels drop effect is more apparent.Conclusion: Cardiac activity increased cardiac function in chronic heart failure rats,decrease the effect of plasma BNP level,to achieve the purposeof protection of chronic heart failure.
