IUD is the most widely used intrauterine device method for women of childbearing age. But it can cause side reactions such as hyper menorrhea and menostaxis, etc. To study the hemorrhagic mechanism, We made a Cu-IUDwearing rabbit model in this study and investigated the effect of Cu-IUDwearing rabbits given Huan Xue Ning soup which is based on supplementing Qi and removing blood stasis (SQRB) method through four aspects such as endometrial hismorphology, prostacycline, plaminogen activator. The results show:SQRB method could decrease the content of prostacycline (PGI2), raise thromborane A2 (TXA2) in uterine tissue and regulate the imblance of PGI2 and TXA2, So the function of hemostasis was improved.SQRB method could decrease the activity of tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) , So the function of blood coagulation was improved.SQRB method could regulate the content and distribution of trace element3Zinc, decrease the content of zinc in uterine tissue and raise the content of zinc in peripheral blood serum so as to promote to repair endometrium.SQRB method could improve congestion, edema and inflammation reaction of endometrium.All mentioned above indicate that SQRB method can regulate the release of biochemical medium in the uterine tissue and promote to repair endometrium, So endometrorrhagia which is caused by IUD-wearing can be prevented and cured effectively.
