| Based on theories of TCM and clinical practice of my tutor, we summarize the clinical study of Xinanning nose drops (XAN-ND) in treating unstable angina We consider that its basic pathogenesis lies in that the Yang-deficiency is Ben, blood stasis is Biao, deficiency and excess interlace each other. According to its pathogenesis, we establish therapeutic principle which is to warming Yang and reinforce Qi, remove blood stasis and regulate blood circulation, produce XAN-ND. The clinical results showed that XAN-ND could significantly improve angina pectoris, quick results of relieving pain and ECG. Its total effectiveness rate respectively achieved 93.3 %, 93.3 %and 66.7 % and is better than the control group which achieved 60.00/0, 63.3% and 43.3%. It is also better in decreasing the TIB of Holter. It is still better in regulating blood circulation, anti-thrombosis, adjustment of lipid metabolism, et al when compared to the control group. We also observed the plasma endothelium (El) and the nitric oxide (NO) of patients in unstable angina XAN-N]) can decrease secretion of ET and increase that of NO. Its effect is better than the control group. XAN-ND has the ability in protecting the vascular endothelium. All the research show that XAN-ND is a new, effective and fast-effective preparation and it has good effect in protection and treatment of unstable angina. |
