Clinical Study On The Effect Of The Way To Promote Blood Circulation Of Cornary Heart Disease-related Endothelial Dysfunction

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of the way to promote blood circulation on vascular endothelial function,we will observe the changes of plasma NO, ET,SOD,TXB2,P-selectin and other indicators of endothelial function before and after the treatment of " Xuefuzhuyutang " on patients with unstable angina.Method60 patients who were diagonosed with unstable angina and blood stagnation syndrome were randomly grouped to treatment group and controlled group. Both groups were given basic western medical treatment, including anti-platelet aggregation,blood lipid regulation,blood pressure control and other medicine. Besides,patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction to invigorate blood circulation and remove blood stasis. After 4 weeks,we observed the change of TCM symptoms of patients,NO, ET,SOD,TXB2 and P-selectin.ResultsThe changes of NO and ET:The plasma NO levels were increased and the plasma ET levels were decreased compared with before treatment in both groups.The change of the treatment group had statistically significance(P<0.05),while the controlled group had no significance(P>0.05).There was statistically significance about the difference compared before between the two groups(P<0.001).The changes of SOD:The plasma SOD levels were increased compared with before treatment in both groups.The change of the treatment group had statistically significance(P<0.05),while the controlled group had no significance(P>0.05).There was statistically significance about SOD level after treatment between the two groups(P<0.001).The changes of TXB2 and P-selectin:Both of the plasma TXB2 levels and the plasma P-selectin levels were decreased compared with before treatment in both groups.The change of the treatment group had statistically significance(P<0.05),while the controlled group had no significance(P>0.05).There was statistically significance about TXB2 level and the plasma P-selectin levels after treatment between the two groups(P< 0.001).Chinese medical symptoms curative effect:The TCM syndrome score in the two groups were significantly improved. The degree of improvement in the treatment group had statistically significance(P<0.05). The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%, better than 70% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. (P<0.05).ConclusionXuefuzhuyutang can effectively improve the chinese medical syndromes in patients with angina pectoris group. It can maintain NO, ET homeostasis through the lower levels of ET and th ehigher level of NO.It can increase SOD levels and enhance antioxidant capacity. It can reduce the TXB2 level and the P-selectin level to reduce platelet activation.And the damaged endothelial function can be partially restored. We infer that to invigorate blood circulation and remove blood stasis is good for vascular endothelial function.
