This experiment is a comparative study on the mice with spleen deficiency modeled through over-strain plus irregular diet, with exopathic dampness, with spleen deficiency plus exopathic dampness on bodies' change of peroxidation-antioxidation. The experiment aims to approach the laws and mechanisms of the change of the structure and function of the biomembrane in normal mice modeledthrough single circumstances factor-exopathic dampness and spleendeficiency, reveal that dampness damage organism after it invaded and probe into the relationship between-water retention due to spleen deficiency and exopathic dampness. The results show that modeled mice in the three groups of all have the decrease of body weight , the increase of the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and conjugated dienes (CD), the decrease of the activity of catalase (Cat), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSHHPx). In these modeled mice in three groups, the group of spleen deficiency plus exopathic dampness (group D) is the greatest in the increasing degree of the contents of MDA and CD and the decreasing degree of the activity of Cat, SOD and GSH-Px, explaining the group D is the greatest in the impairing degree of lipid peroxidation and the decreasing degree of antioxidant enzyme, which indicates the impairing of lipid peroxidation and the decrease of the activity of the antioxidant enzyme by the co-ordinate act of exopathic factor (exopathic dampness) and endopathic factor (spleen deficiency )is the key to the occurrence of disease.
